Trade terms

Terms for businesses buying NIDA products from Hespor Trading Ltd. ("Hespor", "we"). By applying for or using a trade account you agree to them. Last updated 18 October 2026.

1. Trade accounts

Accounts are for businesses buying for professional use or resale in the course of business. We approve accounts at our discretion and may decline, suspend or close an account at any time. Trade pricing and account information are confidential to the account holder: please do not publish or share them.

2. Ordering

• Minimum order: $200 before tax, any mix of products. A sample kit may be ordered on its own. There are no case minimums.
• Volume savings apply automatically on larger orders and are shown at checkout.
• Orders are accepted when we confirm payment. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable and will refund anything you paid.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude GST, BC PST and delivery unless shown. Pay by card (processed by Stripe) or by Interac e-transfer. Net 15 terms may be offered to repeat accounts at our discretion. Orders ship once payment is received.

4. Tax

GST applies to all orders. BC PST applies unless you give us a valid PST number and buy the goods to resell. You are responsible for the accuracy of the tax details you give us.

5. Delivery

• Metro Vancouver: $15 per order, free from $450.
• Elsewhere in BC: $22 per order, free from $650.
• Orders ship in one box with tracking by Canada Post or courier. Typical lead time is 5 to 7 business days from confirmed payment. Dates are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Damaged or incorrect items

Report damaged, missing or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace them at no cost. For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns of opened products.

7. Sample kit

The sample kit is a paid product at trade prices. Its fee is credited against your first wholesale order of $250 or more placed within 60 days of the kit order.

8. Resale

• Suggested shelf prices are guidance only. You are free to set your own prices.
• NIDA is a trademark of Proso Inc. You may use the product names and photos we supply to identify the products you stock. Do not state or imply that your business is owned by, or formally affiliated with, NIDA, Proso Inc. or Hespor.
• Keep any product claims to cosmetic claims (how skin looks and feels). Do not describe the products as treating or curing a condition.

9. Product information

Cosmetic results vary by person. Check the pack label for the full ingredient list and patch test if your client has sensitive skin. Products are supplied for sale in Canada only.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes go to the courts of British Columbia.
