How Hespor Trading Ltd. handles personal information. Last updated 18 October 2026.

What we collect

When you apply for a trade account, place an order or contact us, we collect business and contact details (business name, your name and role, email, phone, address, GST/BN or PST number if you give one), order history and delivery details, and messages you send us. When you pay by card, Stripe collects your card details: we never see or store them.

Why we use it

To review applications, run your account, take and deliver orders, issue invoices and receipts, meet tax and accounting obligations, and answer your questions. We send you transactional emails (sign-in links, order and shipping updates). We do not send marketing email without your consent, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

Who sees it

We use service providers to run the site and process orders: hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend), payments (Stripe) and shipping carriers (such as Canada Post). They process data for us and some may do so outside Canada. We do not sell your information.

Cookies and storage

The site uses one essential cookie after you sign in (to keep you signed in) and your browser's local storage to keep your draft order. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Account and order records are kept for as long as the account is active and for the period required for tax and accounting (generally seven years).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@hespor.com. If you have a concern we cannot resolve, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
