Wholesale FAQ
Straight answers about trade accounts, minimums, delivery, tax and compliance.
How do I see wholesale pricing?
Trade pricing is for approved businesses. Apply for a trade account (it takes two minutes), we review it within one business day, and you receive a sign-in link by email. Once signed in you see every trade price, suggested shelf prices and the business bundles.
What is the minimum order?
$200 before tax, in any mix of products. There are no case minimums, so a spa, salon or clinic can start with a 12 to 30 unit shelf and reorder what sells. A paid sample kit is available on its own.
Who can apply?
Registered businesses in British Columbia: spas, med spas, aesthetic clinics, hair and nail salons, lash and brow studios, wellness and massage studios, boutiques, gyms and gift shops. We deliver across BC and focus on Metro Vancouver.
Are these genuine NIDA products?
Yes. We import NIDA products through NIDA's supply channel for Canada, under a non-exclusive Letter of Authorization from Proso Inc., the trademark owner. NIDA is also sold on Amazon.ca and other channels.
How do I pay?
At checkout you can pay securely by card (processed by Stripe) or by Interac e-transfer to info@hespor.com. Repeat accounts can ask about Net 15 terms. Prices are in Canadian dollars.
How is tax handled?
GST (5%) applies to all orders. BC PST (7%) also applies unless you are buying to resell and have given us a valid PST number. Your invoice shows the exact amounts.
How long does delivery take?
Typical lead time is 5 to 7 business days from confirmed payment. Delivery in Metro Vancouver is $15 per order, free from $450. Elsewhere in BC it is $22, free from $650. Orders ship in one box with tracking.
Can I try the products first?
Yes. Approved accounts can order the sample kit: full-size Moisturizing Cream, Eye Cream and PDRN Serum at trade prices. The kit fee is credited to your first wholesale order of $250 or more within 60 days.
Do you sell NIDA sunscreen?
Not yet. In Canada, sunscreens are regulated as drugs or natural health products rather than cosmetics, and they need Health Canada authorization first. We only list products we can lawfully sell, and will add sun care when it is authorized.
Are the products compliant with Canadian cosmetic rules?
Cosmetics sold in Canada must be notified to Health Canada within 10 days of first sale and carry bilingual English and French labelling. We only open ordering once these requirements are in place, and our product copy sticks to cosmetic claims.
What is your return policy?
If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, report it within 7 days with a photo and we replace it at no cost. For hygiene reasons we do not take back opened products.
Do I have to sell at your suggested prices?
No. Suggested shelf prices are guidance only, and you set your own prices.
